Important Auction Information
1. Auction items sell AS IS, therefore, please come to one of the open house dates to preview anything that you feel you want to bid on. There are no exchanges and no returns after purchase.
2. All Buyers will be required to bring their own crews and tools for removal. If bidding on an entire room, you may take anything in the room within the confines of the removal dates.
3. When bidding on a motel room, the PTAC air conditioning units DO NOT SELL with the room. You may bid on a PTAC unit separately if you wish.
4. Winning bidders (buyers) MUST complete their removal no later than 5pm on January 31st. For those bidding on the electrical panels, removal can only take place after electricity is cut off at the pole. Therefore, removal will be by appointment.
5. Cash and checks are the preferred payment. Credit Cards will be accepted but a 3% document fee will be added to the invoice.
6. There is a 20% Buyer Premium added to all invoices as a processing fee.
7. Approximately 16 interior fire-proof doors are available for sale. Contact auctioneer for more information.
8. If a group or person wishes to purchase more than 10 complete rooms, please contact auctioneer for a Buy It Now price. This will allow the purchase and removal of contents PRIOR TO the end of the auction. Gives Buyer more time to empty the rooms.
9. If a group or person wishes to purchase more than 10 PTAC units, please contact auctioneer for a Buy It Now price. This will allow the purchase and removal of PTAC units PRIOR TO the end of the auction. Gives Buyer more time to empty the rooms.
10. PLEASE PREVIEW THE ROOM INVENTORY if you plan on bidding on a given room. The photos for any particular room MAY NOT accurately depict the actual room contents, but the list is 99% accurate.
11. YES. If you are the winning bidder of a motel room, will WILL be allowed to remove the toilet. They are high- powered JET FLUSH systems and are fairly new.
WHEN YOU BID ON A MOTEL ROOM, YOU ARE GETTING ALL THE CONTENTS FOR THAT ROOM EXCEPT FOR THE PTAC UNIT. THE LOT NUMBER IS THE ROOM NUMBER.
